Why can't hydrogen chloride compressor use aluminum-containing materials

1. When the hydrogen chloride compressor comes into contact with wet hydrogen chloride, the aluminum-containing material is prone to corrosion reaction, resulting in equipment damage and gas leakage, which seriously threatens production safety and stability. 

2. Aluminum-containing materials are strictly prohibited in key parts such as over-current parts and sealing components of hydrogen chloride compressor. 

3. The material selection of hydrogen chloride compressor should fully consider the medium characteristics, and give priority to corrosion-resistant duplex stainless steel and other materials to ensure the long-term reliable operation of the equipment.
