What is the working principle of piston propylene oxide compressor?
1. Piston-type propylene oxide compressor relies on crank-connecting rod mechanism to convert the rotary motion of the motor into the reciprocating linear motion of the piston in the cylinder, which periodically changes the closed volume in the cylinder and provides basic conditions for gas compression.
2. The complete working cycle is divided into four consecutive stages: when the piston descends, the internal volume of the cylinder increases, and propylene oxide gas pushes the intake valve open and enters the cylinder; When the piston goes up, the volume decreases, the gas is gradually compressed, and the pressure rises synchronously.
3. When the pressure in the cylinder reaches the set threshold, the exhaust valve will automatically open, and the high-pressure propylene oxide gas will be discharged from the equipment. At the same time, the multi-stage water cooling structure will be provided to control the temperature of the medium in the compression process in a safe range to avoid the risk of self-polymerization.
