What is the working principle of skid-mounted methyl chloride compressor? 

1. In the past, the piston compression was the core principle of skid-mounted methyl chloride compressor. The motor drove the crank-connecting rod mechanism, which converted the rotary motion into the reciprocating linear motion of the piston, and completed the four-step cycle of expansion, suction, compression and exhaust of methyl chloride gas in a closed cylinder in order to realize the continuous pressurization of the medium. 

2. The equipment needle is specially optimized for the high-risk characteristics of methyl chloride, and all the parts contacting with the medium are made of anti-corrosion materials with multi-stage sealing structure, and no lubricating oil is involved in the compression cavity in the whole process, so as to avoid the risk of medium pollution and leakage. 

3. The whole unit is integrated on a unified skid, and is equipped with interstage cooling and pressure and temperature monitoring modules, which can accurately control the exhaust temperature, prevent methyl chloride from overheating and liquefaction, and ensure the stable and safe pressurization process.
