The main difference between nitrogen compressor and air compressor lies in their working principle, application scenarios and structural composition.

·principle of operation Nitrogen compressor: Nitrogen is compressed to a high pressure by mechanical means, usually by multistage compression to gradually increase the gas pressure. Nitrogen compressor is usually equipped with gas cooler, inlet and outlet buffers, asynchronous motor, oil supply device and other components during compression.

·Air compressor: mainly driven by motor or diesel engine and other prime movers, the air in free state is transformed into high-pressure gas through the cooperative work of intake filter, compressor, oil-gas separator and other components. ·Structural composition Nitrogen compressor: In addition to the basic compressor main engine, it is also equipped with gas cooler, inlet and outlet buffers, asynchronous motor, oil supply device and other components. The structure of nitrogen compressor is relatively complex, which needs more professional maintenance.

·Air compressor: including oil circulation system, gas circulation system, water circulation system, power distribution system, screen protection system, DC power supply system, DTC control system and other parts. The structure of the air compressor is relatively simple and the maintenance cost is low.
