1. Safety inspection: Before unloading, carefully check whether the pressure, temperature and other parameters of the tank car and storage tank are within the safety range. Ensure that the pressure and temperature of tank car and storage tank are within the design range, and avoid safety accidents caused by too high or too low pressure. ‌ 

2. Inspection of pipes and joints: confirm whether all pipes and joints are secure and whether the positions of valves and electrical switches are correct. Ensure that the pressure gauge valve, liquid level gauge valve and tee are in the on state, and other valves are in the off state. ‌

3. Pressure control: When unloading, the residual pressure in the tank car should be kept between 0.15-0.2mpa and 0.2 MPa to prevent the explosive mixture from being formed when entering the air. ‌

4. Operation specification: Operators must strictly abide by safety operation regulations to avoid safety accidents. Before operation, turn the car for inspection to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. ‌ 

5. Environmental requirements: Ensure that there are no open flames and other fire sources near the unloading area, and avoid high temperature and direct sunlight. In summer, measures should be taken to reduce the tank temperature to prevent potential safety hazards caused by high temperature. ‌ 

6. Personnel requirements: Operators, drivers and escorts are not allowed to leave the site, and vehicles are not allowed to start at will. When filling, the maximum filling quantity shall not be exceeded. If it is overfilled, the liquid must be discharged immediately. ‌ 

7. Equipment maintenance: Check and maintain the equipment regularly to ensure that it is in good working condition. Avoid using unqualified equipment for unloading operation.
