What is the working principle of zero leakage propane compressor? 

1. Zero-leakage propane compressor mostly adopts oil-free piston or twin-screw structure. Through the meshing movement of crank connecting rod or male and female rotors, the continuous suction, compression and discharge of propane gas are completed, and no lubricating oil is involved in the medium cavity in the whole process. 

2. A high-precision gas-liquid separator is set at the inlet of the equipment, which can intercept more than 99% of liquid propane, avoid the phenomenon of liquid hammer during compression, and ensure the stable operation of core components. 

3. The shaft seal is designed with dry gas seal or nitrogen shaft seal to control the propane leakage at a very low level and meet the safety output requirements of flammable and explosive media.
