2. Compression ratio: When the compression ratio increases, the exhaust temperature will also increase. Therefore, reducing the compression ratio can effectively reduce the exhaust temperature.
3. Condensation pressure: too high condensation pressure will lead to an increase in exhaust temperature. The increase of condensation pressure will increase the pressure ratio of compressor, which will lead to the increase of exhaust temperature.
4. Return air temperature: The return air temperature is measured relative to the evaporation temperature. If the heat preservation effect of the air return pipeline is not good, the superheat may far exceed 20°C, which may lead to a sharp rise in exhaust temperature.
Importance of temperature control:
Butadiene contains two unsaturated double bonds, which is prone to self-polymerization at high temperature and even has the risk of explosion. Therefore, temperature control is the core technology in the design of gas compressor unit. All layout and configuration schemes are closely related to temperature control, and ensuring that the temperature does not exceed 80℃ is the key to ensure the stable operation of the compressor.
