1. Before starting, check the cooling fins of air-cooled Freon compressor, clean up dust and sundries, and confirm the normal operation of the fan to avoid high-temperature shutdown caused by poor cooling; Check whether the oil level is within the standard range and there is no leakage in the pipeline.

2. It is forbidden to start and stop the unit frequently, and the interval between two starts is not less than 3 minutes to prevent the internal parts from being damaged by liquid hammer; Pay attention to the pressure and temperature parameters during operation, and stop the machine in time to reduce the investigation if there is any abnormal sound.

3. Regularly check the fastening state of electrical wiring and keep the electric cabinet dry; Before maintenance, be sure to cut off the power and release the pressure, and do not disassemble the valve with pressure. The refrigerant should match the original model.
