What are the well-mouth compressor scenarios?

1. Single-well pressurization and export scenario: For low-pressure gas wells or gas wells with pressure attenuation in the later stage of production, the wellhead low-pressure natural gas of 0.02~1.0mpa can be stably pressurized to 10~35mpa required by the gathering and transportation pipeline network, thus solving the problem that gas cannot be exported independently due to insufficient formation pressure, ensuring the continuous release of single-well productivity and avoiding premature shutdown of gas wells.

2. Gas-lift drainage recovery scenario: When there is too much liquid accumulated at the bottom of the gas well to block the gas flow, the high-pressure gas output by the compressor can be injected into the wellbore, and the liquid will be lifted to the ground through the gas-lift process to remove the liquid from blocking the gas layer. In this kind of scene, the mobile skid-mounted compressor is mostly used, which can move quickly and help stop production or restore productivity of low-yield wells, and the recovery rate of some wells can reach more than 70%.

3. Scattered gas recovery scenario: For remote single wells and associated gas wells not covered by gathering and transportation network, the compressor can boost the scattered low-pressure well gas to 20~25mpa, compress it into cng, and transport it by tanker, thus realizing the resource utilization of scattered gas, not only reducing greenhouse gas emissions, but also converting the originally wasted gas into available energy.
